I have more than 15 years of experience in managment functions in the thermoplastics industry. After my study I have been working as a material scientiest for sustainable ecological solutions in the field of recycling of plastics. Due to my unique combination of different activities and wide range of experience, I can accompany projects from the first structural design component to the finished plastic part. I have in-depth knowledge of the various plastics processing technologies, the latest findings in material development and skills in analysis and evaluation as well as in the implementation of projects in various industrial fields.My strengths are the customer and value-oriented alignment in organizations and a comprehensive overview for decisions in the cooperation of intercultural teams. Other skills verified by external management consultants are to drive innovation, high levels of creativity, self-propulsion and analytical thinking.In my professional career I have had several positions in the plastics industry as well as in the fields of research and development. As a result, I was able to gain important broad experience while simultaneously got deeper areas of knowledge, such as material development and plastics processing. This enables me to cover all the necessary processes in the field of plastics and a holistic approach in a project landscape.
