My responsibilities have included the management of the Refrigeration Group at Shambaugh & Son which is a subsidiary of our National Food Group. Other sister divisions include the Mechanical, Process Controls, Process Design groups. Our combined focus is the construction and modification of food plants for clients of all sizes and types across the United States. The refrigeration group is unique with both the ability to design/install stand alone refrigeration projects and provide on-going maintenance services with our factory trained service technicians.Oversight responsibilities included the management of our large sales, engineering, costing and service staffs. Much of my effort involved the assembly of technical presentations, working with subordinates in identifying suitable projects and managing the assembly of both detailed and budgetary estimates.
