Responsible for the operations of Precision Discovery including computer forensics, electronic discovery and software development. Oversight on the deployment of our enterprise class data center and disaster recovery site. Primary stakeholder in the internal development of software applications, both client facing and internal. Involved in the business development growth inside the company. Very active in recruiting and maintaining a large corporate client base. Manages the overall vision and direction of Precision Discovery both in the short term and long term to include internal workflow, employee growth path, project management, business intelligence, industry/company pricing and pricing models, developer paths and future vision to grow revenue.

Served as head of operations for electronic discovery group. Played a vital role in the development of the company’s e-discovery platform. Responsibilities included deploying and managing a data center. Managed electronic discovery team handling a variety of litigation matters. Responsible for the internal software deployment to manage workflow and case load as related to electronic discovery.

Director in the computer forensics/investigative unit of Kroll based out of Los Angeles California. Conducted forensic examinations of electronic evidence for the consulting group.

Retired in 2005 as a Computer Crimes Investigator from the Orange County Sheriff Department in California. I also worked as a part time instructor for the California Department of Justice teaching computer forensics.
