As Technical Sales Manager, I hold full responsibility for managing a team of 9 highly skilled engineers across the country, delivering continuous improvement within organisations that they work. Additionally, I collaborate daily with all external sales teams including BDM and Sales Managers, driving best practice, ensuring that the organisation remains at the forefront of the industry

Here, I successfully delivered significant process improvements and cost saving initiatives in numerous tier 1 and tier 2 accounts, playing an integral part in large customer wins whilst looking at cost saving for customers, achieving over £450,000 in cost saving with 11,000 machine hours saved. Furthermore, I was tasked with supporting a portfolio of accounts including Aerospace, developing relationships and reducing liability and successfully cultivating strong OEM relationships

In this position, I held full responsibility for providing quotes and tenders for jobs, estimating cycle times and costs, managing the programming and implementing these jobs on to the shop floor, championing continuous improvements on legacy components to increase profitability, whilst also managing a portfolio of motorsports accounts.

Whilst working in this position, I spearheaded various subcontract projects for automotive industry, providing precision parts to JLR, Bentley, IM Kelly and Pinarello.
