- Responsible for Operations, Quality and Product Development- Design and set up of a new plant (greenfield)- Move of the current plant (at full operation) to the new location (Dec 2010)- Launch of >30 new products in 2010/11 with new customer (Japan, China, USA)

- Re-organization of production, implementation of Operational Excellence, efficient management of quality and customer relations- Set up of a product development center in China- Successful turnaround of the Company- Implementation of a “Growth” Strategy

- Implementation of an efficient cost control and reporting system (internally and to Hella KGaA)

- Responsible for the central functions: Purchasing, Logistics, Production Standards, Product Management Electronics and Light Technology in the product division GHOE- Development of a worldwide production and business development strategy of 9 international plants- Member of the board of Hella Beijing Automotive Lighting Ltd., Hella India Lighting Ltd., Hella Fahrzeugteile Austria und Hella Leuchten Finnland
