As my interests are within the healthcare, fitness ,and research fields; the bounds are endless. The start of my journey began at Old Dominion University, majoring in Exercise Science while simultaneously performing as an Army ROTC cadet and being a soldier in the Army National Guard. After my time at Old Dominion University, I commissioned as an U.S. Army Medical Service Officer. Throughout my military career, I gained expertise in Supply Chain Management and Healthcare Administration with 12 years of experience within a large, diverse organization. Breadth of expertise in empowering teams in accomplishing shared aspirations. A natural communicator, effectively liaising at all levels and across divisions, while guiding multifunctional teams toward a common goal. I utilized industry best practices to achieve the organization’s goals. Always enthusiastic to take on new projects from inception to completion. Possessing comprehensive background in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, and Supply Chain Management. These skills became the proper building blocks for following my path into healthcare and fitness because I enjoy helping others to live better lives.
