Throughout my 25 years at Sprækkebjerg I have come to work with a large variety of companies, schools, social and corporate groups in their pursuit to improve communication and cooperation or simply have a fun filled and challenging day out.Trough different exercises, both physically and mentally, we strive to achive a greater self awareness, bette communication and especially strengthen collaborative skillls within the group.The most rewarding part of my job, and also when i thrive the most, is when I have the chance to help the individual challenge their own comfort zone and experience huge victories in a very short period of time.I always work respectfully and with great awarness of the individuals capabilities. It is important that we have a great time while expanding boundaries and personal limits.It still amazes me how far we can get in just one day.
