With more than 30 years in the golf industry, I have extensive experience in customer service, managing a successful operation and running a profitable business. I currently serve on the Executive Board for the Southern Ohio PGA, have been recognized by the Southern Ohio PGA with the President's Plaque for Growth of the Game, the Patriot Award and Golf Professional of the Year. I am passionate about golf and making our guests’ experience one they will remember. While my 30-year career has had many highlights, working alongside of many Golf Professionals and fostering their growth is the most rewarding. Many of these Professionals have gone on to win awards, coach a collegiate national championship team, developed a highly successful instructional business, become Head Golf Professionals (3) and a General Manager. This passion for mentoring and coaching has led me to create the Bach Scoring Academy. At the Bach Scoring Academy players of all levels will build a relationship with their coach and together through short game and on course coaching will shot lower scores.
