In my previous product development roles, then I have done that successfully in individual projects and products. Now as a mechanical architect then my focus is to ensure that we have efficient mechanical architectures and technical solutions, which enable us to bring great products which makes a difference for our users across the product portfolio.To do this then I use my broad user and system understanding and my solid mechanical engineering and robust design experience.

In 2015 I changed postion from process process development to R&D, as I would like to focus more on front-end and product development, with all that it includes of user insight, creativity, engineering design, design control etc. I got to support after launch activities on the previous product I help bring to the market and also to start op some new technology work.

My main responsibility was to ensure development of the manufacturing processes for new products, with all that covers of project management, procurement, process and test development, design transfer and process validation. As the project teams are very cross-functional I also carried out a lot of R&D and design control work.

At 2C I worked as an engineering consultant for several medical device manufacturing companies. My main activities were equipment commisioning, process run in, process risk evaluations, FAT/SAT, process validation and project management.
