Working with the Managing Director, Design Team, external Consultants and Contractors, I facilitated the design, procurement and implementation of these packages.• Put together a Concierge Team and set up the procedures and work processes to run development facilities comprising a swimming pool, gym, salon, treatment room, bar, commercial kitchen and cinema and ensuring compliance with statutory codes and regulations• Chaired weekly meetings with electrical contractors; producing agendas, following up RFIs and analysing progress reports• Put together an £800k annual budget for the Buxmead development service charge and negotiated the necessary maintenance contracts • Produced O&M manuals and User Guides for three developments. This involved collating technical information from all subcontractors and suppliers, commissioning appliances and plant and producing as-built record drawings• Project managed the tender process of an Access Control scheme which spanned 4 months and involving interviews with more than 15 contractors and suppliers • Responsible for rolling out SmartSheet and M Files project management software across the company and have set up processes for asset control, resource requests, timesheets, holiday booking and event logging• Spent 8 months working on site at 2-unit scheme (build cost £25m) as an Assistant Site Manager, ordering supplies, assisting in setting-out and bolstering Health & Safety and Asset Control procedures
