Started as the Chicago South Zone Mgr responsible for sales and service of Turtle Wax Products in Chicago South and Central Illinois where I quickly grew to a 5 state territory. Was promoted to Regional Sales Manager covering 17 states and 5 Western Canadian Provinces reporting to the National Sales Manager. Consistently grew sales within the territory and surpassed quota regularly by double-digit percentages. Also responsible for product research and development of industrial products as well as personally developed, designed and patented various devices for use in product application that was integral in the success of the division. This patented product and process is still in use today. Worked closely with key national accounts to win business on a national and international level.
