Designer Outlet - Ashford International Chapman Taylor are appointed to deliver 175,000 ft retail extension to the existing tented structure. Tasks undertaken; RIBA Stage 4 Revit modelling, producing detailed plans and section working as part of the delivery team with sub consultants. Modelled in Revit through feasibility, public consultationand planning submission.Wesley College - Nursing Home - Cedar CareContinuing my experience of healthcare design BBA were approached by Cedar Care to produce a feasibility to convert the former theology college into an 80 Bed specialist care nursing home. Following purchase planning and building regulation drawings were produced liaising with client and consultants to resolve the issues of sensitively converting a cherished building in a prime location of Bristol and a conservation area into a the high standard required by Cedar Care. Weston All Saints Primary School,Novated to a D&B contractor, Mealings we worked closely with the contractor to deliver working drawing packages, revised spec and clear planning conditions to allow start on site to meet program delivery.
