Responsible for leading the communications, marketing and business development for Dunsky Energy + Climate Advisors

Responsible for the overall communications and marketing strategy, as well as developing and leading all communications and marketing activities. Additionally, I'm responsible for overseeing business development initiatives at the firm, including the development of key client programs, business development planning cycles, strategic industry partnerships, and CRM best practices.

As Senior Manager in the Clients & Markets team, I lead projects and go-to-market plans for some of the firm's most strategic initiatives. My team is responsible for the firm's digital platforms including multiple websites, intranet, analytics, email marketing and the firm's visual identity. I work closely with partners, senior leadership and other members of the Clients & Markets team to shape and enhance business outcomes.

As Manager in the Clients & Markets team, I led a team responsible for strategy and the day-to-day operation of the firm's digital platforms including the flagship website, email marketing, analytics, social media as well as visual identity and graphic design. I developed and led numerous large-scale internal and external projects and campaigns including the re-design of the firm's flagship website (mccarthy.ca) and the integration of a new, firm-wide email marketing platform.

In my first role at McCarthy Tétrault I was responsible for the development and execution of the firm's national advertising program, national student recruitment marketing and numerous large-scale marketing projects. I was the lead copywriter for an online start-up in the retail sector. The start-up ultimately did not succeed however in my role, I : -Developed copy for daily online campaigns, working closely with company leadership, our sales team and vendors-Worked closely with the graphic design team on the strategy, as well as look and feel of each online campaign-Developed copy for promotional campaigns for the start-up, working closely with company leadership.

I was part of a small team within the Millennium Scholarship Fund that managed Canada's largest merit scholarship program with over 10,000 yearly applicants and 300 volunteers. I was responsible for leading regional sections of the national award renewal process with hundreds of laureates and volunteers and Millennium staff, as well as participating in national and provincial grantee events.
