• Market surveillance for Euronext Cash and Derivatives markets (Equities, Bonds, ETF’s, Warrants & Certificates, Equity & Index Futures and Options, Commodities). Ensure the existence of a fair and orderly market, detect and investigate market manipulation.• Market surveillance for MTF's (Sigma-X, Alpha-Y). • Monitor the core trading systems to ensure business continuity.• Provide client focused functional and technical support for trading members, data vendors, and European regulatory bodies. This includes trading support, connectivity issues, trader access issues, order rejections, market data (XDP & recently Optiq MDG), and order entry protocol queries (FIX 4.2 and UTP Direct).• Contribute to team’s wide efficiency through tools improvements, team training, and other initiatives.

• Technical Support – Service DeskFirst level functional & technical support to all Euronext members, data vendors, partners, internal business teams.Analysis and resolution of customer incidents/requests (by email and/or telephone).Investigation of various technical and functional customer incidents in all protocols (UTP-Direct and FIX 4.2,UTP-MD).On-call support (evenings/weekends) for Production and EUA incidents.• MonitoringBusiness operation application start-up/shut-down validations.Verification of trading system operational status (Regulated Markets, SmartPool, NYSE Arca Europe, NYSE Bond Match, Sigma-X and TCS).• External User Acceptance and Pre-Production testingFunctional validation in the test platform (sanity checks) using Linux commands and scriptsParticipation in production implementations outside of market hours (new releases, bug fixes).Coordination with project managers to create test scripts for technical and functional validations.• On-call support for Euronext & International Exchanges using Euronext technology (evenings/weekends) for EUA & Production incidents.
