After merging engineering and product to create a strong 20 person team, I took over the leadership of the full team.

As Product Lead I lead a team of 7 (product managers and product designers) and ensure our product strategy is set and aligned across all teams. My role is highly cross-functional so I work with all teams (sales, CS, operations, and tech) in order to move the needle.Resights is a real estate data platform aiming to transform how decisions are made in the real estate industry. Bound by traditional gut feeling and low access to data, we exist to bring data driven decisions to the entire real estate industry and all of its stakeholders. Resights is one of Denmark's fastest growing B2B startups (yes, it's true..).

Tried for about a year and a half to build a marketplace for highly qualified personal fitness coaches. Didn't work. Then made a strong pivot in Oct/Nov 2021. In six weeks we went from concept to paying customers, then an app approved by Apple and 7 quick iterations in just 7 weeks. With the vision of bringing affordable online fitness coaching to everyone, we managed to quickly bring a new type of product to market, and reduced market price by 80%. Unfortunately, due to externalities, we had to shut down operations.

The Danish unicorn Tradeshift is a global supply chain management platform and web-based business network utilising emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, and IoT to improve efficiency along the supply chain. I was part of the "Tradeshift Frontiers" team, the Innovation Lab at Tradeshift.

IFU provides risk capital and advice to companies wishing to set up business in Africa, Asia, Latin America and parts of Europe. I worked within the climate team, securing and validating investments in emerging markets.

Nectar is a real estate investment manager in the UK, Germany and the Nordics. I was one of the first employees, and part of scaling the business from 3 people to 25 people and approx. EUR 1 billion under management at the time I left.
