The Manufacturing Management training scheme is a programme which is centred around the development of leadership skills.As part of the scheme, I rotate around the company on several placements to gain a wider perspective of Rolls-Royce in a breadth of business areas. The experience has allowed me to gain a depth of knowledge in operations management across the organisation.The scheme is in conjunction with MSc Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick.

Production Leader of Adour and RB199 value-streams. Part of a facility undertaking the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul activities to support our customers fleet requirements.

Planning and control for a range of Complex Engines programmes. Collaborated with a cross-functional team in planning a portfolio of engines to meet customer requirements including; RTS, NPI and Low Volume Engines. Worked with senior stakeholders to create a Rates Through Gates tracker to better understand WIP distribution and lead times.

Lean six sigma Greenbelt certification earnt through a process Improvement Project. The project allowed the Wax Room of the Precision Casting Facility to free up greater production capacity, resulting in increased output, reduced lead time and greater productivity.Carried out multiple improvement projects in Bristol as part of the Production System 2.0.Implemented a 1st-line control room for the PCF and BTF as part of the Turbines vision for visual management of key metrics for the business.

Teaching swimming lessons to children aged 4-12.

Responsible for Safety of up to 40 people.

Seasonal employment on a Winter Wonderland Ice Rink.
