Manager Of Account Managers
CurrentAs a Manager of Account Managers, I oversee a team of 4 Account Managers between three cities in the Mid-Atlantic region, tracking both quantitative and qualitative results as part of a broader team revenue-based target. The team I manage is responsible for retaining value and revenue from existing customers, as well as increasing customer’s overall investment into software products and marketing engines. As a leader on the team, I am also responsible for the initial onboarding and training of new hires to my team in the Account Management role to ensure their success in leveraging data, software knowledge, and relationship building.
