Duties also include conducting informed basement impact assessments, ground movement assessments and assistance with foundation and temprorary works design. key experience includes:• Competent soil and rock logging with descriptions in accordance with Eurocode 7 and BS5930;• Health and Safety and CDM requirements on site including writing site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements; • Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) - Professionals & Managers card held; • Asbestos Awareness trained;• Emergency First Aid at work trained;• Supervision of environmental and geotechnical site investigations in accordance with BS5930 amendment 2, BS10175 and other relevant current good practice;• In-situ geotechnical testing;• Drafting human health risk assessments and method statements;• Geo-environmental and Geo-technical report writing – factual and interpretative;• Earthworks validations (both on site validation and reporting);• Competent use of logging software including GiNT and Holebase;• Competent use of settlement calculation software PDdisp • Competent use of retaining wall design software WALLAP
