Surveyed the condition of shoulders, guiderails, and drainage on state owned roads in Berks County, PA. Inspected roadway widening project on SR 222 and US 61. Included supervision of concrete pouring, roadway grading, trench excavation, pipeline laying, horizontal boring, asphalt patching, H-Pile installation, and residential waterline tie-ins. Prepared daily reports of work completed which authorized payments of State and Federal funding to contractors. Participated in project meetings and reviewed project contract and plans.

Inspected guide rail along state roads for functionality throughout Berks County. The info was used to update their database and determine how much money would be allotted to guide rail restoration.
