With over 25yrs of varied experience working on the technical side of industrial manufacturing, I have honed my knowledge and skills to the point that no challenge or problem is insurmountable. I am highly motivated and self-driven with exceptional diagnostic and engineering skills. Having been involved in the construction of automated equipment from concept to completion, I have the unique ability to quickly analyze a problem, repair it, and suggest ways to enhance the machines’ future reliability.I also have strong managerial and organizational skills. While in a leadership position at a past employer, I helped develop and institute a mentoring and training program for the maintenance personnel. I recognize the importance of having highly skilled and trained employees within a business organization to ensure that it remains productive and competitive. I also believe that communication is the key to the successful implementation of a project. Without effective communication every interpersonal relationship, every goal, every strategy, is at risk. As part of a world class corporation, I have written and provided documentation and training manuals for all machines we have built for here and abroad. I have also installed and serviced our automated equipment at our Mexico and China manufacturing facilities where communication and knowledge of cultural differences is of paramount value.
