I provide air operations subject matter expertise for the Joint Staff sponsored Coalition Capability Demonstration and Assessment series, commonly known as 'Bold Quest'. I function as part of a small team in a time-compressed environment that supports the annual Bold Quest life cycle to include: - Large Force exercise/demonstration planning that validates all requirements for both US Service and coalition nation participants - Conduct initial and detailed planning to develops Concepts of Operations, Operations Plans, and Operations Orders for exercise/demonstration execution - Configures Exercise Control facilities to ensure synchronization of air operations in all phases of exercise/demonstration - Directs all exercise/demonstrations Air Control activities - Provide after-action exercise/demonstration reviews - Support exercise/demonstration analysis (e.g., validates findings, documents integration and interoperability issues) - Contribute to after action report writing efforts - Interface with senior Government agencies, technical and administrative personnel, as well as other contractor/subcontractor personnel to ensure full exercise/demonstration successBold Quest is a collaborative joint and multinational enterprise in which Nations, Services and Programs (N/S/P) pool their resources in a recurring cycle of capability development, demonstrations and analysis. The Bold Quest Demonstration has grown from a US services (Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and National Guard) and four nations in 2003 to now include the U.S. Services, the U.S. Special Operations Command, NATO Headquarters and 19 Partner Nations. Participants’ overarching aim is to improve interoperability and information sharing across a range of coalition and warfighting capabilities.

Served as the operations officer of the force Tactical Air Control Center with oversight of 3 tactical air control centers contributing directly to the safe and effective execution of over 500 live air sorties. • Meritoriously recognized during OPERATION ODYSSEY DAWN while serving as the Tactical Air Control Squadron Detachment Operations and Training Officer. Directly responsible for the successful planning of the Expeditionary Strike Group’s Classification, Identification and Engagement Area (CIEA) and Battle Management Command and Control Procedures. Successfully directed three watch teams through a myriad of dynamic mission sets never before employed within the Tactical Air Control Squadron community. Hand selected to lead the Tactical Air Control Center on the first night of operations, paving the way for the strike group’s successful execution of over 1200 sorties
