At Anderson Construction of North Florida, Thomas coordinated with various stakeholders of the project including but not limited to subcontractors, owner, field, design team, vendors, etc. He ensured approved submittals were returned to subcontractors and available to project team per the project schedule and the contract. He also interacted daily with property owners, sales staff and developers and negotiated contracts as well as estimated, purchased, inspected and set policy. Also he recognized potential schedule impacts including scope, weather, manpower and changes, and facilitated mitigation plans for those impacts.Thomas controlled and directed all aspects of the construction of commercial, medical, custom, luxury homes and multi-family dwellings. He prepared and understood contracts and negotiated revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. He also designed and developed comprehensive plans for custom homes and multi-family dwellings as well as made site visits to evaluate estimates against actual usages.
