Tribal was my first opportunity to work in a business environment and i was assigned to support the Norwich & Cambridge offices. I also helped to support the head office in London and Bristol when requested.I was given many opportunities to develop my skills and to be involved in many projects. I helped to provide reliable and strong Windows deployment environment that was rolled out to many of the other support teams in the UK. I was also involved in migrating the Norwich & Cambridge offices to VMware platform.The Norwich office was gaining some high profile projects that needed to meet the ISO27001 standard, which i was part of the team that gained this. My involvement in gaining this was to put in secure IT procedures and auditing solution.
