Served as the Commander of a Personnel Services Battalion, a 300+ person organization, consisting of four multifunctional Human Resources Detachments and one Postal Company; responsible for planning, resourcing, prioritizing, and executing direct personnel services and postal support to over 29,000 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Civilians, and Contractors geographically dispersed throughout five military communities in Germany and Italy and across area of operations in Afghanistan.
