Responsible for the management of Strategic Communications, Change Management, and Training Development for the Army’s designated future human resources system. Supervised, coached and mentored a staff of 30 senior military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Served as the Commander of a Personnel Services Battalion, a 300+ person organization, consisting of four multifunctional Human Resources Detachments and one Postal Company; responsible for planning, resourcing, prioritizing, and executing direct personnel services and postal support to over 29,000 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Civilians, and Contractors geographically dispersed throughout five military communities in Germany and Italy and across area of operations in Afghanistan.
