Maintain appropriate levels of administration access to different components of M365. Email protection solutions are monitored, and reports provided to appropriate members of staff.Ensure IT Policies are signed by new starters and a record is kept.Oversee and manage of the IT Maintenance budget.First point of contact for our IT apprentice for the duration of their apprenticeship.

I provide second and third line support to pupils, parent and members of staff. This has included computer rebuilds, updating asset registers and managing the backup server as well checking the accuracy of the backups. I am the first point of contact for our apprentices in case they are after support. I currently provision accounts and manage active directory setting on a Windows domain as well as mange our Hyper V Servers and the clients running on them

Providing first line phone support to HMRC. This included answering phones and providing the support and if needs be escalating the call to tier 2 or passing the call on to specialist teams.
