He has passionately engaged on projects and programs as a Millwright, Integrity Manager, Project Manager, and Client Representative. In over 18 years Thomas has moved through positions from cleaning turbine parts to managing multi million dollar projects and programs with the long term goal to develop experience and expertise in every aspect of project planning, work, and success.Through his experience, Thomas has built a strong understanding of every level of project execution and most importantly how to work with stakeholders from all backgrounds. He is driven to raise those around himself towards building incredible teams which can achieve great things. With a combination of creativity and practical experience he provides a valuable problem-solving force when facing planned or unplanned challenges. Thomas is passionate to help and prefers to put the good of the team and the priority of the collective goal above himself. Thomas has recently hung his shingle to provide his services in Project Management, Technical Consulting, and Millwright trade services such as equipment installation, maintenance, and commissioning. Finally realizing his professional goal in developing the skills and experience to provide a level of service to his standards.
