I build, sell, and manage loads for multiple accounts who do business with Giltner Logistics. I am in charge of ensuring drivers are qualified for the types of cargo they are hauling, coordinating pickup and delivery appointments, and am a point of contact between all components of the supply chain including the drivers, dispatchers, shippers, receivers, and customers.

During my summer internship at Apex One Investment Partners, I learned about the different components of a Real Estate Investment Trust, elements of underwriting before acquisition, and the responsibilities behind asset management. I was also able to tour properties with the asset management team and the management companies in order to observe how they evaluate a property.

The most interesting part of my summer internship at Oxbow Financial Advisors was working with a Bloomberg Terminal. I learned how to create refined searches within the Terminal to find individuals who had just sold their companies in order to generate leads for the team. I also learned about the different kinds of long term investment accounts and the benefits to each.
