Responsible for leading the team that provides both trade development modeling to influence and support the company’s global strategic direction for all J.M. The group is also responsible to ensure that all J.M. Huber companies comply with import and export policies, procedures, regulations, and laws across our global markets. Oversee all aspects of the Company’s global trade operational initiatives by building a global trade (import/export) program and overseeing the global trade initiatives. The team of Trade professionals also works with other teams internally to support key analysis on operations/market set up and landed cost & trade implications. Finally, the Global Trade Development group draws on internal and external functional resources as needed to conduct issue identification, brainstorming, evaluation, resolution of a broad range of cross-border matters, customs/import compliance, international trade litigation, export controls, and international trade policies & programs.

Oversees and manages all finance related functions at the company’s global manufacturingplants. Prepares reporting and analysis supporting the global operations functions. Evaluate plant operating performance and related financial metrics.• Lead the analysis, development, creation, and implementation of the financial reportingprocess at the plant level.• Primary point of contact between corporate finance and plant controllers• Provides financial guidance on planned production rates and inventory forecasts• Consolidate monthly plant forecasts and summarizes by platform for both platform level andconsolidated company level review• Coordinates plant activity related to the Operating Plan and Budget (“OPB”) and 5‐yearstrategic plan (“POR”)• Reviews critical plant productivity plans and results• Reviews an approves all capex < $1.0M and provides support for capex > $1.0M• Conduct oversight on critical control processes for the platform generally conducted at theplant level.• Oversees and administers the Plant Pay for Performance (“PPP”) incentive plan.

Coordinate all aspects of financial analysis supporting the CMC technology platform. Evaluate plant operating performance and related financial metrics. Support forecast and plan development. Participate in the Platform Growth Team as the Finance representative. Primary point of contact between Finance and the platform Director of Operations, Plant Controllers, Platform Planners, and Platform Marketing & Product Management.

Management of all aspects of the business unit's tariff management process with a primary focus on CMC (cases A-405-803 and A-421-811) and a secondary focus on Xanthan Gum (case A-570-985). This included a planning role to minimize the amount of anti-dumping duties, as well as a reporting aspect related to the annual filings with the Department of Commerce (DOC), culminating in the revocation of the AD Order on purified CMC from Finland, initiated July 11, 2005 (70 FR 39734, case A-405-803).
