Program Manager for the International CH-53K Heavy Lift Aircraft Program

Manage a $207M program capturing the development and delivery of (40) uniquely modified Black Hawk Helicopters to the US Army by effectively guiding the program team to build and deliver aircraft in support of customer and company objectivesLead a multidisciplinary team of engineering, operations, finance, planning, and contracts personnel through effective communication to support on-time and on-budget aircraft deliveriesSpearhead the successful execution of all program activities by applying Program Management competencies of cost execution, technical execution, schedule management, Risk & Opportunity management, and Business Rhythm management to meet program financial and schedule targetsMaintain complete ownership of the United States Government (USG) customer relationship, including the United States Army and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Program Management Rotation Program (PMRP) Associate (June 2018 – June 2020)- Graduate of Lockheed Martin’s Program Management Rotational Program for high-talent industry professionals. Program consisted of three 8-month long assignments spanning various program management disciplines within Sikorsky Deputy Program Manager, Combat Rescue Helicopter Program (PMRP Rotation #3) (November 2019 – June 2020)- Functioned as the Deputy Program Manager for the Systems Engineering and Integration Team with P&L responsibilities of $82.7M. Applied Earned Value management, Risk & Opportunity management, Integrated Master Schedule management, and CDRL execution activities to complete contractual program deliverables and drive program milestone closure Deputy Capture Manager, Navy Programs (PMRP Rotation #2) (March 2019 – October 2019)- Supported capture management activities pertaining to domestic and foreign military pursuits. Functioned as the focal point of a cross-functional business acquisition team to win new business while ensuring that programs are technically executable and structured for profitability Parts Warranty Manager, Turkish Utility Helicopter Program (PMRP Rotation #1) (June 2018 – February 2019)- Evaluated and resolved defective material issues pertaining to aircraft components delivered to Sikorsky’s Turkish customer. Timely issue resolution achieved through effective communication amongst cross-functional teams both internal and external to Sikorsky

Evaluated complex nonconforming material issues and developed structural repair instructions for Lockheed Martin-Sikorsky helicopters to support aircraft build and delivery schedules. Scope of work pertained to the full line of Sikorsky government, commercial, and development aircraft including Black Hawk, Naval Hawk, Marine One Presidential Helicopter, S-92, S-76, Combat Rescue Helicopter, and CH-53K King Stallion aircraft Functioned as an engineering liaison to ensure nonconforming material issues were processed in an accurate and timely manner; coordinated frequently with various groups within the Sikorsky organization including applicable engineering teams, quality assurance teams, program teams, operations management, supply chain, and United States Government customersSingle-handedly developed and delivered a 5-day (40 hour) Material Review Board Engineering training program on aircraft structural repair methodology to customers of the Turkish Utility Helicopter Program (TUHP) in support of TUHP Program contractual deliverables.

Researched and reviewed various types of helicopter airframe discrepancies and implemented design concepts to adequately repair them.
