Responsible for leading and managing the HFC Supply Chain.Manage inventory levels and Delivering materials in the most effective customer service experience.Provide leadership and guidance on the demand, supply and distribution planning processes that drive cost-effective stock-inventory availability while protecting internal customer service through a robust supply review process / S&OP monitoring.Manage, maintain, develop IT tools and processes to analyze, review and resolve any misalignments between demand, supply, and capacity.Develop and ensure that appropriate planning processes and IT systems are in place to execute the supply network planning operations that are compliant with corporate policies.Manage the Supply Network Planning maturity assessment in accordance with the strategic business roadmap.Ensure understanding and communication on the business consequences arising from planning / allocation demands. Applying scenario planning and escalation for decision making where required.Responsible for achieving backorder targets and driving continuous improvements in this area.Responsible for placing purchase orders following inventory strategy and business demands.Negociate, Develop and Maintain strong partnership with our HFC suppliers, monitoring KPI's and servie Level in order to avoid any back orders.Manage IT datas base products / and MRP settings.Manage a team of 16 employees.
