CurrentMy role encompasses a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to both the daily operations and long-term strategic goals of the organization. These include:• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary IT team (engineers, technicians and developers).• Ensure regular liaison and reporting to the CIO of the holding company in Germany, while directly reporting to the General Management in France.• Manage the IT budget for France.• Manage and conduct digital transformation projects, applying effective project management methodologies in line with the holding's strategy.• Establish cross-functional links with the IT teams within the holding company.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and technology partners.• Foster a collaborative work environment and a culture of continuous improvement within the IT team.
