Manage the supply of all beverages delivered to Olympic populations (athletes, volunteers, referees, etc.), and of merchandising & equipments delivered to Olympic venues (menus, terrasses, athlete & volunteer reusable bottles).- Coordinate the production, safe storage and transport of the beverages dedicated to Olympic populations to the Olympics-dedicated secured warehouse.- Determine the supply plan of all Olympic & Paralympic sites, athlete villages, training sites, athletes hotels & non competition sites- Coordinate the logistics activity during the Games: receive the orders from the venues, manage the transport & warehousing activities.- Manage specificities linked with the project such as: secured deliveries, small delivery windows on competition sites, restricted truck size acces- Alert & solve issues linked with deviations to plan (heat waves, supply volatility, changes in venues) from an end-to-end perspective (new productions, release stock to business, express hauliage, priorisation, etc.)- Follow actual logistic costs versus budget

- Management of projects linked to innovation or Supply Chain initiatives: new products, new production lines or sites, artwork change, etc.- Monitoring of project progress and coordination of the different stakeholders involved in the project- Centralisation of the Supply Chain information linked to the projects, and point of contact between Supply Chain and Marketing/Commercial teams- Risk assessment of the projects (costs and timings)

- Plan productions at a weekly level on a portfolio of products among French factories and co-packers- Communicate, review and adapt the production plans with the cofillers- Ensure product availability taking into account demand variations, production constraints and issues on the production lines, to optimise production, storage and transport costs while avoiding generating residuals- Actively participate in production budget construction- Develop the relationship with the factories and co-packers to improve the understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain and increase flexibility versus demand fluctuations- Ensure co-packer stock level accuracy in SAP- Provide support to Customer Service and Deployment teams through efficient communication, and to NPD Project Leaders and Commercial teams to ensure product launches and commercial operations- Provide support to Finance teams with co-packer invoices management
