It goes from definition of long term general targets to specific short term solution definition, with participation to constant adjustments during the course of the execution. Manager of a department in charge of development and maintenance of internet related projects : FX trading and treasury website, intranet for branches as well as several marketing websites.Highlights:- Stabilization of the trading site Idealforex obtained by re-architecting the site to take advantage of Multipass; from several service interruptions per week to less than one per month.- Team reorganization: to accompany the budget fall (from 17 to 10 members), reorganization by competence instead of by project resulted in significant productivity gains.
