I’m the Academic Director and Teacher Trainer at International House Monterrey, part of International House World Organisation – one of the most successful English language schools in the world. I specialise in developing language courses and a team of teachers to give informed and dynamic learning experiences, as well as training teachers on recognised Cambridge certificate courses and helping to boost the profile of the school in the local market.Before life here, it all started while teaching English in Athens, Greece. Gathering experience in the field before finding a teaching position at IH Monterrey, I moved up through the organisation and eventually started working as the Academic Director in 2016. Working hard and studying more, I quickly became the Teacher Trainer in the same organisation where I now hold both positions.I’m passionate about language teaching and bringing in teachers to develop their skills to new levels. I’m very passionate about the IH brand and specifically International House Monterrey where I’ve been able to thrive in a growing, innovative school. Holding both positions in the school might have made me quite the workaholic but, in whatever free time I do have, I’m most likely balancing things out by playing with the dog and feeding the fish.Get in touch!
