Renovations Specialist- Scheduling appointments from leads generated by Kent’s customers.- Working with customers to overcome and prevent foreseeable issues.- Find the correct product for both style and structure.- Quote and estimate with all materials and labor costs.- Managing accounts, time, and expectations.- Using my knowledge and experience in renovations to have all jobs meet or exceed building codes.- My focus is now on kitchen design; I use 2020 Kitchen design software to render photo realistic images. - I also work on large project multi-unit apartment buildings designing kitchens, and creating estimates and proposals for siding, windows and doors.- Working with multiple contractors and subcontractors to manage the clients desired home outcome.

I am on the Enterprise Account team with Xerox.- The accounts I work with are banks, financial institutions, and law firms throughout the country.- I work with C- level executives and sell fleets to corporations which are currently on contract with Xerox and obtain new contracts. - My territory has 1300 accounts that are both user and non-user.- I use Sale Force and excel to manage my accounts.- I use WebEx to set up meetings on QBRs, present and review proposals, also to work with the Xerox team ie: billing, collections, supplies, etc. - Heavy Outlook/Excel workflow - Time management and prioritizing my day- Conferences calls- Sale calls - Cold calling/Existing account calls
