My name is Tom Beynon, i was born in Swansea and apart from two years when i studied for a two year diploma in countryside management in Devon i have lived here all of my life.Hospitality has been part of my life since i was very young, growing up watching both my grandfather and father look after guests at our family run Caravan and camping park to today where we run Three cliffs bay Holiday Park visit Wales 5 star site.My current role is Hospitality Manager of Three Cliffs Bay Holiday Park. I absolutely love looking after guests who visit us. The general public are always interesting and bring different challenges everyday. as we have developed the site over the years, expectations by guest have risen as well. The challenge of matching and exceeding guest expectations is a wonderful task which i truly enjoy individually and as a team.Throughout the majority of the last 20 years while being involved in running Three Cliffs Bay Holiday we have grown our occupancy levels hugely which has allowed us to improve our offering consistently every year. Adding value to pitches, guest experiences and rebooking rates have been three of our priority areasShort, medium and long term aims have played a big role in keeping the plan on track, but flexible enough and relooked at regularly to keep on trend and reactive to new ideas and trends.Recently i have started to work with other operators to look at primarily-current offering-occupancy increasing measures-added value onsite -building future plans short and medium term-additional revenue possibilities.
