After 44 years as a police officer and right at 45 years in law enforcement, I have retired. Working at the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement has been a great honor. As a Chief, I tried to impact my agency and my community. With TCOLE, I have had the opportunity to try and impact the Law Enforcement profession. I have had the honor of working with and leading some of the finest law enforcement professionals in the State of Texas.

Acts as the primary representative of the Police Department at meetings/conferences concerning law enforcement/security programs and issues. Directs police operations/personnel conducting complex investigations, evidence evaluation and accountability procedures.
