As the CFO of FREDDY HIRSCH GROUP AG, a leading provider of food ingredients and solutions, I am responsible for the financial and business management of the group, including accounting, controlling, tax, risk, legal, compliance, ICT, and HR. I am in this role since January 2022, after serving as the CEO of AJ Management Services AG and Group CFO of AJG Holding AG for over three years.With more than 15 years of experience in general and financial management, I have successfully led the transformation and restructuring of several organizations in dynamic and multicultural environments, creating and implementing innovative strategies, setting up efficient structures, and leading international teams. I have also developed and applied my expertise in transfer pricing, corporate tax management, internal control systems, business development, and change management. My mission is to enable the growth and sustainability of the group, while empowering and developing its people and culture.
