Joining the Polo Resort & Country Club in Saint-Tropez at the start of the season, I had the opportunity to lead and revitalize a team in what had been a challenging environment. Through active listening and empathetic management, I successfully rebuilt team bonds, fostering a trust-filled and enjoyable work atmosphere crucial for delivering high-quality service during the peak tourist season.Under my leadership, we initiated and partially completed several ambitious projects aimed at enhancing the club’s facilities and services:- Developed a children’s playground, enriching the family experience.- Launched a 445 kWc photovoltaic project to significantly reduce operational energy costs.- Established a modern boutique with office space on the upper floor to enhance customer reception and service.- Upgraded the stables with significant improvements for horse welfare, including individual watering systems and external openings.- Started the construction of an exclusive owners' lounge and two additional padel courts, increasing the club’s value and appeal.These initiatives helped position the club as a premier destination in the region. Despite challenges in communication with the property owner, which limited the full completion of projects, this experience strengthened my strategic leadership and crisis management skills, preparing me for future challenges in the hospitality industry and beyond.

▪ Directed an important renovation plan to align the 34-suite boutique hotel brand and created brand touch points. ▪ Accomplished an annual occupancy rate of 89.5% and gross operating profit at 48%.▪ Achieved a 96% guest satisfaction score and worldwide recognition as a top travel destination. (the highest guest satisfaction mark was paradoxically reached during the hotel renovation, thanks to an innovative strategy)▪ Increased the average room rate (ARR) by 32%, Revenue per Available Room (RevPar) by 32%, Total Revenue by 24%, and Gross Operating Profit (GOP) by 27% over a four-year period.

▪ Collaborated on project management and operations planning leading to the successful opening of the 250-room hotel with 80% occupancy from day one. ▪ Directed daily operations of five food and beverage sites, a Hard Rock Cafe, meeting and banquet facilities, three Rock Shops, Spa, Kids and Teens Club, and a 2400 square meter free form pool. ▪ Drafted and delivered operations manuals for Housekeeping, Front Office, Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Entertainment, Engineering, Security, Spa, and Retail. ▪ Awarded Global Brand Ambassador status within six months of opening for the first time in the Brand history.

▪ Acknowledged for extraordinary response to the December 2004 Tsunami disaster.▪ Closed the resort for three months and directed maintenance and repairs for re-opening. Supervised the full hotel renovation and refurbishments in 2006 of 48 rooms and staff facilities.▪ Led construction of new staff accommodations, staff kitchen, two luxury rooms, one villa, and new spa and sports centre on a 60-day timeline. ▪ Recognized as the most profitable HPL property with gross profits from 52% to 66%.
