Responsibilities include program, aid in setup and do all major repairs of milling centers and turning centers with live tooling, design and build fixtures for milling centers, making new or repairing screw machine parts, building and sharpening dies and making die sets for broaching and piercing operations, making tooling and custom tooling for screw machines, fixture and setup gearhobbing machines, and draw prints with Autocad

Responsibilities include model working, small production runs, screw machine secondary operations and general machine work, also in charge of sales and quoting of jobs, re-design parts and re-draw prints for customers with Autocad, managed employees and delegated authority

Responsibilities include setup and prove out programs for large, expensive aircraft work on five axis, 100” horizontal, milling machines, responsible for some setup on large CNC vertical, turret lathes, also responsible for various types of tool making work
