Food And Beverage Assistant
Duties Involved- Acting as shift manager as needed and undertaking premises responsibilities in theabsence of Owners.- Locking up and securing premises safely at the end of the business day.- Handling cash transactions and operating till system including beginning and end ofday balancing.- Assisting in maintaining the company's social media presence, running online campaigns to highlight food and drink promotions and weekend entertainment.- Ordering bar stock through a third party supplier.- Checking customers into allocated accommodation rooms and taking necessary payment.- Taking food and drink orders from customers and effectively communicating these tokitchen or bar staff. Assist customers, making recommendations on request and takingaction to correct any problems.- Driving a courtesy bus service to get customers to and from the venue,- Completing multiple customer drink and food orders simultaneously.
