I currently work in the Education Field Sales Team at the Iris Software Group as a Senior Account Development Executive, working on Enterprise equivalent Accounts and contracts. I am driven by challenge & see this workplace as a great opportunity to further my skill set initially developed in University & from my time in management with Explore Learning, particularly in a Sales, Team-working, Relationship building and Data Handling respect. My current role as a Senior Account Development Executive requires me to be comfortable communing with CEO, CFO and COO level clientele to find the best solutions for their Multi-Academy Trust. It also requires regular management of pipeline generation, meetings held and sales opportunities generated - this is done through the Salesforce CRM system.I previously worked for 9 years for an education company called Explore Learning alongside studying at University in Primary Education, and continuing with the company's management enrolment once my degree was completed. I was lucky enough to be voted by the children as Tutor of the Year during my 5 years as a Tutor in Ashton-Under-Lyne, and my role involved large amounts of planning, management of personnel & working in a coherent & successful team based on 360-feedback.I spent 3 years studying Primary Education at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I graduated in 2017 with a First-Class Honours Degree. My degree was a highly intensive, skills-based degree that was accompanied by the QTS qualification, requiring placement in school to progress & accompany the workload of university.I was an Assistant Centre Director of Explore Learning from April 2018 until March 2023 and won the Explore Learning Award for “Outstanding Contribution as an Assistant Director” in January 2020 - one of my proudest moments. I worked in a range of centres across the company, often at the same time, including Altrincham, Sale, Chester, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Didsbury and Heaton Park.I am extremely interested and driven in Sales, Account Management and Marketing, with a particular flair for data, numbers analysis and staff development.
