Management of the Fund Finance team specialized for institutional investors. Objectives are performance and valuation of regulated real estate investment funds through:- Centralizing, controlling and using the information needed to value the funds; controlling and analyzing monthly and quarterly net asset values. Management of several accounting standards,- Forecasting financial management by modelling and updating business plans and analyzing variances (cash flow, earnings, performance/IRR and other key indicators). Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, Asset Manager, and acquisitions teams,- Monitoring the fund's cash position by anticipating liquidity risks, managing cash flow and validating transactions, capital increase/decrease, dividends, share premium, SHL…- Coordinating internal and external teams by reconciling counterparties (accountants, custodians, auditors, property managers, banks, etc.),- Monitoring regulatory and statutory ratios (stress tests, AIFM, PRIIPS, LTV, Leverage, etc.) as well as tax monitoring (withholding tax, annual tax returns, IFU, 2777, 3%, CIT, CVAE, CFE, DAS2, etc.).- Preparing legal documents and materials for investors (including preparation for Board meetings, AGMs, etc.).- Participating in setting up bank and non-bank financing (SHL) and producing bank reports (LTV ratios, ICR, DSCR, etc.),
