After playing 4 college baseball seasons I knew I wasn’t ready to hang up the cleats being a career.355 college hitter. I went on to play in the California Winter league where in 15 games I hit .435 and still not wanting to give up I had learned so much about hitting that I wish I had known at 15,16 years old instead of 23 years old. As my pro ball journey continued playing Independent baseball my knowledge continued to grow and my passion for helping younger kids also grew with it. Not only did I learn a lot about the art of hitting itself, I was instructed deeper when it came to weight training and nutrition itself. What O have learned has helped me personally survive in professional baseball but I know if I get the right athletes who embrace hard work and give it 100% they will jump start their baseball career and take it to knew heights.
