As a leader in manufacturing operations, I build high-performing, customer-focused teams, creating momentum and setting the pace for production. My strong experience in Lean Manufacturing systems, Six Sigma, and process improvementestablishes operational excellence for both established and startup endeavors.WHY I DO IT:I’m an engineer. I solve problems. The more complex, the better. I also like being the person who is looked to for leadership and for making the decisions to get critical tasks done.WHO I DO IT FOR:First and foremost, I work with my team to achieve great results. I also ensure that those results are in the best interest of all stakeholders including the customer needs. I’m proud to have been recognized a number of times by our customers for excellence.HOW I DO IT:As I mentioned, I’m a problem solver. I’m also a decision-maker. I’m not afraid to step up and make the decisions that move projects forward. But I don’t shoot from the hip. I employ a number of tools, such as Lean Manufacturing systems, including Six Sigma, TS & ISO Systems, and Kaizen methods. I’m also a strong communicator, both with my teams and my customers.
