1. Represent the president of GTM on campus, replicating the national operations at the college/university level.2. Undertake programs and projects aimed at promoting the objectives of GTM initiatives and enhancing its performance at the institution represented.3. Facilitate the functioning of GTM, ensuring conformity and harmony with agreednational GTM policies, strategies, programs and projects.4. Shall organize programs (at least, once each semester) that are in line with the goals of GTM.5. Shall chair all formal meetings at the tertiary level of the GTM network, unless otherwisenecessary.
