Thomas Bober was born in 1974 in Poland, and grown up in Germany. Initially inspired by an internship at Lufthansa, it looked as if Thomas would build aircraft in future – he was too short to be a pilot. With planes in sight, he took his A-level equivalents at a technical grammar school but soon realized that the German Industrial Standards with their formal functionality didn‘t leave much room for artistic scope.He studied communication design at the Design Factory and became an actor at Lichthof Theater, an independent theatre in Hamburg. While studying, he helped out a fellow student at Publicis Hamburg and stayed for almost seven years. Here, with a focus on dialogue marketing, he worked as an Art Director for the clients Renault and T-Mobile. From 2006 to 2011, Thomas worked for DDB Tribal as a creative director for Volkswagen, Tchibo, Nike, Steinway, and Ikea over all disciplines - whether print, online, mobile, social media, and traditional advertising. From 2011 to 2012, Thomas worked at JungvonMatt/365 as a Creative Director for RWE, Coke, Bosch and Haspa. From 2012 to 2019, Thomas worked at iiintegrated one which he co-founded for Bosch Rexroth, Deutscher Nachbarschaftspreis, Liberta Motorcycles, Casamundo, Falken Tyre, Allianz, nebenan.de, betterplace.org, and Internorga.
