In 2019, I became one of the first 300 permitted hemp growers in Pennsylvania, marking the beginning of my journey in the hemp industry. By 2020, I developed a line of full-spectrum hemp oil and topical products and launched an online retail business. We proudly opened our first brick-and-mortar store in Erie, PA, on December 1, 2021, and relocated to a new, larger location in April 2023.Prior to my transition into the hemp sector, I spent 17 years at General Electric's Locomotive factory in Erie, PA. During my tenure, I held various roles in assembly, maintenance, and engineering test. I also served as Vice President and Recording Secretary for UE Local 506, representing over 1,500 factory workers.My educational background includes a BS in Plastics Engineering Technology and an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. From 1990 to 2003, I worked as a designer, project engineer, and owned an injection molding shop.Beyond my professional endeavors, I have managed multiple income properties, built my home, and constructed a new commercial retail building. Additionally, I competed in ATV racing within the National GNCC Series, as well as some regional racing series, securing multiple championships.
