NPM Lead for blades development projects in Lem with overall accountability for delivering the manufacturing production basis to Vestas's factories around the world. This includes responsibility for leading process and tooling work streams during mock builds and prototype builds of blades. Responsible for proving production readiness in peer reviews according to a stage gate model before hand-over to receiving factories. Team Leader for the Prototype Team with 8 technicians. The prototype team supports the engineers with validating the blade design and process towards readiness for serial production. This includes blade build support, change reports, design verification and data collection.
