Experienced leader dedicated to providing business insight through knowledge of data analysis and statistics. Passion for changing the way people view and read data to make their decisions, and gaining efficiencies through centralizing efforts.After an internship with Alpine Access in summer 2012, I worked as a part-time data analyst with Sykes Home while finishing my bachelor's degrees. Upon graduation I accepted a full time offer with Sykes Home powered by Alpine Access and moved to Denver, Colorado to begin work as a Business Analyst in the Workforce Management and Reporting Departments. In October 2013, I became Manager of the Reporting Department based across the United States and the Philippines. In February 2017 I transitioned into a new Senior Manager of Business Intelligence role focusing on Executive Dashboards and human capital analytics. I have continued to grow in leadership roles and my passion for data analytics and data visualization drives me everyday. I currently lead the Reporting Team for all of North America at Sitel Group (recently acquired Sykes).
